3 M’s
Speaker Paul strongly suggested us to start every day with the three M’s to energize your day. The three M’s are; meditation, move and motivation. Start your day with meditation. Meditation is communicating with yourself. It reliefs stress. Everyone can meditate. Sit up straight, preferably in the lotus seat. If that does not work, sit on a straight chair with your feet crossed. Breathe in, breathe out. It is often said that you should only think about your breathing. That’s hard for a lot of people. Think about what you are grateful for and what you want to achieve in life. 20 minutes is enough. Then move. Dancing is a very good way. It makes you happy. Dancing is good for your body and mind. It reliefs stress. If you don’t like dancing, move your body otherwise. Last M is motivate. Read or listen to something that motivates you. Avoid the news. Think of a part of a motivational book or speech.

Meditate

Motivate
